The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive update to VCTC’s Title VI Program. This project is anticipated to be funded partially with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and State funds. The selected contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal requirements in effect and as may be amended.
