A Request for Proposal for Transit Operations Services issued by the City of Lompoc, California.
The proposed Scope of Services includes traditional fixed-route, ADA paratransit, and micro-transit (on-demand) services. In support of the anticipated contract, the City will provide all related vehicles as well as administrative/operations office facilities for the selected Contactor. City staff will provide all supporting fleet maintenance services.
The proposal submittal deadline is Monday, March 24, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. PT on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Lompoc city hall (100 Civic Center Plaza, Lompoc). Prospective bidder attendance is encouraged. Persons wishing to attend the pre-bid conference are requested to RSVP to Richard Fernbaugh (r_fernbaugh@ci.lompoc.ca.us) by 4:00 p.m. PT no less than two business days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. Provide your name, organization name, and contact info. Given space limitations the City requests no more than two attendees per entity. A tour of the transit office, maintenance facility, and Contractor space will be provided.
