A virtual Bidder’s Conference is scheduled and interested parties are encouraged to attend.

Attendance at the Bidders’ Conference is strongly encouraged, as it will provide an opportunity to discuss the scope of services, proposal requirements, and procurement schedule. Questions posed during the Bidder’s Conference and the answers will be compiled and posted to the TCTA website.
Questions may be submitted in writing to dbergamaschi@co.tuolumne.ca.us. Questions and answers will be added to the website as they are received. The deadline for submitting questions is July 17, 2026, and answers will be posted by July 24th. Only questions submitted in writing by the deadline will be answered.
