CITY OF ESCALON SHORT RANGE TRANSIT PLAN
REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF ESCALON (hereinafter “CITY”) requests quotations for the CITY OF ESCALON SHORT RANGE TRANSIT PLAN project (hereinafter “Project”), and will receive quotations via email to John Andoh, Transit Manager, City of Escalon at jandoh@cityofescalon.org until December 15, 2023.2.The services to be performed by the successful proposer are described in the Request For Quotations. The general scope of services includes the development of a Short-Range Transit Plan covering the CITY’s fiscal years FY2024/2025 – FY2033/2034, including a complete analysis, public outreach and recommendations to existing and future eTrans Public Transit Services.
A pre-proposal conference will not be held for this solicitation.3.All responsive quotations shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CITY in order to determine which Proposer best meets the CITY’s needs for this Project by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the CITY shall evaluate quotations are set forth in the Request For Quotations.4.The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all quotations or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process
