PCTPA, on behalf of the Western Placer Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (WPCTSA), has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the administration of the WPCTSA’s Placer Rides Program. All interested and qualified organizations/agencies are invited to respond to the RFP, which can be found online at https://www.pctpa.net/rfp-rfq.
Proposals are due to PCTPA by 4:00 pm on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Any technical questions regarding the RFP should be emailed to Mike Costa, Principal Transportation Planner, at mcosta@pctpa.net by the close of business on Monday, November 24th. Responses to these questions will be posted on the webpage identified above by December 1st. PCTPA and the WPCTSA appreciate your consideration of and interest in this potential contract opportunity.
