The Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) is excited to announce the opening of the FY 25-26 LCTOP Cycle A Call for Projects. Attached to this email is the State Controllers Eligibility List with agency funding amounts. The Call for Projects will close Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
