Paratransit Services seeks an experienced, strategic President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the nonprofit organization and its specialized transportation, paratransit, and nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT) operations.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO provides overall executive leadership and is responsible for organizational strategy, operational performance, nonprofit compliance, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, workforce leadership, and long-term growth and sustainability.
The CEO serves as the organization’s principal representative and works closely with the Board, employees, government agencies, clients, community partners, and other stakeholders.
