To support this funding cycle, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released an addendum to the Fiscal Year 2024–25 Implementation Manual (IM). This addendum includes important program changes that may affect voucher eligibility and requirements. **Key Updates:** 1. Eligible fleets can use HVIP vouchers to purchase Class 2b pickups. 2.
