. I am proud to announce the Low Carbon Transit Operations team is releasing the FY 25-26 LCTOP Draft Guidelines for public review. You will find the guidelines attached to this email.
The public comment period is now open and will run from today, Monday, January 26, 2026, until Thursday, February 26, 2026. During this time, we encourage you to share your feedback and suggestions on the draft guidelines. Please send your comments to lctopcomments@dot.ca.gov with the subject line “Draft Guideline Comments.”
To further facilitate the review process, we will be hosting two FY 25-26 LCTOP Guideline Workshops. These workshops are scheduled for Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Each workshop will include a 10-minute presentation followed by a 20-minute question and answer session every 30 minutes.
