U.S. DOT’s Office of Drug & Alcohol Policy & Compliance published a final rule updating and changing 49 CFR Part 40, the regulation for U.S. DOT’s drug and alcohol testing program. The changes are effective June 1, 2023. The webinar will cover what changes have occurred and how these updates will impact transit agencies’ drug & alcohol testing programs and compliance.
